Eau Gallie Electric was founded in 1948 by Garland Reynolds, a veteran of the United States Navy who fought in World War II. We are located in the heart of Melbourne, FL, and serve customers across the United States.
Eau Gallie Electric is now owned and operated by Chris Hughes. Chris graduated from the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. The experiences of West Point left an indelible impression and remarkably provided the skills needed – clarity, endurance, and a procedural approach – to run a business successfully.
He is a combat veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, where he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004.
Chris bought the business in 2005 and has been a State of Florida Unlimited Electrical contractor since 2007 and a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 2012.
Under his leadership, the business has grown in leaps and bounds and now has the capacity and capability to work on almost any electrical job.
Chris embraces the values that he learned while serving our country and prides himself on delivering the same level of commitment and service to each and every client as President of Eau Gallie Electric.
With a Christian work ethic and a commitment to honesty and transparency, you can always be confident of excellent service from Eau Gallie Electric.
