I tried installing a ring flood light and camera and broke something when removing the old device. Richard came out the same day and perfectly removed the old device and put new parts in for the ones I broke in record time.

I recently retained Eau Gallie Electric services for new subpanel addition and was met with a courteous, polite employee Adam to determine the scope of the job. Desiree was my constant contact, she was great with immediate responses. Next came Jacob to complete the work, who was also courteous, polite, very knowledgeable and kept a great attitude after an all day (8:30A.M.-6:15P.M) job, even in the pouring rain for most of the day. The owner was awesome. He was very fair and managed to fix everything we needed fixed. He explained everything that was wrong while doing it. Our outside electrical was a mess and took time to track down the issues, but he managed to fix every single one and make it all safe and useable again. Outstanding customer service!  They squeezed us in on a day when the schedule was full.  We worked with electricians -- Brad and Richard.  Great guys who are very friendly and knowledgeable.  Brad took the time to fully evaluate the electrical problem we were having and quickly addressed it on the same day.  Richard came to the house the following week to install a ground and we could not even tell that he had been at the house -- let alone having been at the house and dug a 6 foot trench to bury the wire. My main contact has been Jessica with the company.  She has been very helpful.  The installation of the equipment and connection went well.  Have used their maintenance in the past, but changed bc I was recommended a different company.  That was a huge mistake.  You get what you pay for!  I do recommend this company.

From start to finish the team at Eau Gallie Electric provided a seamless service from the removal of our old water cooled generator  to the installation of our replacement with absolute professionalism.

Just wanted to say how great it was to deal with Eau Gallie Electric! From scheduling the estimate with Tracy and Liz, to getting the estimate done with David and , of course, the job being done by Bob...exceptional service and excellent work done across the board! The technician, Jack R., arrived exactly on time! He was extremely professional, courteous, hardworking and polite! He was performing annual maintence on our generator and when he was done you couldn’t even tell he was there. He was respectful of our property and careful not to step on any of the landscaping or the like. The heat index was over 100 and he worked liked it was in the 60’s or 70’s…he didn't stop. We were VERY impressed with his friendly and professional attitude. If we owned a business we would NOT hesitate to have him on our team!
