Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of electrical projects in the commercial sector. From initial planning to final completion, the Electrical Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the efforts of various team members, including electricians, subcontractors, and other construction professionals, to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed according to deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and addressing any cost overruns or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize project delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience managing electrical projects in the commercial sector, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
