The New FPL Indian River County Service Center

In partnership with W+J Construction, Eau Gallie Electric proudly presents the FPL Indian River County Service Center, a pinnacle of advanced electrical construction. This state-of-the-art facility showcases cutting-edge technology and unwavering dedication to safety.

The two-story building features an 800A 480V 3PH electrical system, complemented by a robust 400KW standby generator designed to withstand CAT 5 hurricane winds. Safety measures include a comprehensive lightning protection system, fire alarm system, access control, and extensive camera surveillance.

Inside, energy-efficient LED lighting creates a modern and environmentally responsible atmosphere, while versatile spaces cater to various needs, including offices, conference rooms, tool storage, and fitness facilities. Sustainability is prioritized with six dual-port electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot.

The fleet service garage mirrors the center’s commitment to safety and efficiency with its 600A 208V 3PH electrical system and 125KW standby generator. LED lighting, service bays, parts storage, and meeting spaces ensure optimal functionality.

Completing the project are the storage warehouse and service truck wash building, both fortified with advanced electrical systems and designed for productivity and convenience.
