Solar Panel Installation
This solar installation project involved the design and installation of a 10.5kW solar array with cutting-edge technology to maximize energy generation and efficiency. The scope of work included the installation of 25 solar panels, each equipped with Enphase microinverters. The system featured a sun-up-protected loads panel using the Enphase IQ8 technology.
In addition to the hardware installation, our team provided an Enphase Controller, all required junction boxes and disconnects, and handled the permitting and engineering aspects of the project. The installation involved the relocation of approximately four circuits into a sun-up powered sub-panel and the installation of a customer-supplied Electric Vehicle Charging station under the existing panel. To ensure comprehensive service, we also installed an outlet under the sun-up-powered panel.
Our solar installation not only slashed utility bills by an impressive 78%, putting money back in our client’s pocket but also had a substantial positive impact on the environment. We reduced our carbon footprint by not consuming 593 gas barrels and taking 27 vehicles off the road, contributing to cleaner air and a healthier planet.
Over the long term, our solar system is projected to save our client a significant $128,192 in energy costs, ensuring substantial financial benefits. Leveraging federal tax credits, we helped the client secure $9,236.5 in savings, making the transition to clean energy even more appealing from a financial perspective. With a total of 25 solar panels, we harnessed the sun’s energy to create a sustainable and cost-effective power source.
