Chris Hughes

PE President

Chris is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Prior to entering the generator business, he proudly served in the United States Army as a commissioned officer in the 82nd Airborne Division.

He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his actions while deployed in Iraq. Chris is now a licensed Professional Engineer (PE74016) as well as a licensed Unlimited Electrical Contractor (EC13003441).

Dave Lawson

Generator Service Manager

Dave Lawson is a Generator Service Manager who oversees proper implementation of generator service and repair with Eau Gallie Electric, Inc.

Dave believes in providing a total customer experience by utilizing a hands-off approach to maintenance and repair.  He knows his technicians are the best of the best and promises total satisfaction by holding his technicians accountable for all work they perform.

Dave is a 12-year United States Army veteran who deployed multiple times in support of operations Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn, and Inherent Resolve.  He is a certified Generac technician with over 15 years working in the maintenance field. Dave is a student at Eastern Florida State College and will transfer to the University of Central Florida in 2020 to complete a BS in Business Management.  Dave also has two beautiful daughters, McKenna and Taegan.

Mike Linder

Generator Service Manager

Mike Linder is the service manager at Eau Gallie Electric, where he oversees the day to day operations of the department, which includes estimating, scheduling, permitting and ordering of materials, to name a few. He works with his team to provide excellent customer service that Eau Gallie Electric is known for. Charitable work is something that Eau Gallie Electric provides to the community, and Mike oversees this also.

Mike has been a service manager in the electrical contracting business for the last 20 years. He moved from Miami in 2013, where he and his family lived for 17 years. Mike started his electrical career as a teenager while living overseas with his family. He has been licensed since 1990 and has held a Certified Electrical Contractor license in the state of Florida since 2009.

During his free time, you can often find Mike on the volleyball court, or doing CrossFit training.  God and family are his main personal priorities.

Scott Sallade

Commercial Project Manager

Scott Sallade is our Commercial Project Manager who partners with manufacturing, government, aerospace, retail, assisted living, hospitals, and educational facilities to support any electrical, lighting and emergency power needs. 

Scott considers steady communication, responsiveness, and shared knowledge are key to providing the best solution for our clients. He ensures all work is completed in a timely manner, meeting standards, and with minimal interruption to clients.

Scott has supported NASA, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Collins Aerospace, Brevard County School Board, Brevard County Facilities, City Government Facilities, Mack Technologies, Health First, Steward Medical, The Fountains, Melbourne Square Mall, and AAA National Headquarters. 

Scott is a certified electrical contractor with over 21 years of experience serving in both master electrician and supervisory roles. Scott finished a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship in 2004 and is qualified in lockout/tagout, CPR/first aid, aerial lifts, forklifts and OSHA 10. 

Scott has been married to his wife Renee for 15 years and they have two children, Breanna and Joshua.

Jose Liranzo

Engineer

Jose Liranzo has 11 years of practical experience in Power Transfer Equipment manufacturing and application and has closely worked with contractors, engineers, distributors, and end-users in the state of Florida.

After spending six months at the ASCO Power Technology factory in New Jersey, Jose was transferred to central Florida to work as an Applications Engineer providing technical support to contractors, distributors, engineers, and ASCO Field Sales Engineers.

While working with ASCO’s Florida team, which has more than 75 years of combined experience in power transfer equipment, Jose worked on a large variety of projects. From a simple convenience store optional standby power system to more considerable emergency power and legally required standby power systems, Jose assisted engineers and contractors in the application of ASCO Power Transfer equipment.

Some of the latest projects, on which Jose assisted in the emergency power system design and specification writing, are Harris High-Tech Engineering Center, South-Central Brevard County Water, Volusia County Emergency Operation Center, and Disney Skyliner.

Loretta Sherman

Accountant/HR

Loretta Sherman is our Accountant/HR representative who is responsible for supporting the managers and their employees.  She believes communication, caring and shared knowledge enable employees to perform at their best. Loretta is there to help employees when they need information or assistance.

Loretta has a strong accounting and audit background.  She utilizes her varied background experience and knowledge to research, interpret, analyze, and apply policies and procedures into a comprehensive approach to problem-solving and management advisory.

Loretta is proficient in multiple accounting systems.  As an Air Force member, she attended Leadership School and received the Airman Achievement award.  Loretta is a Gulf War veteran.

Loretta received a Bachelor's in Accounting from Strayer University and holds Associate degrees in Computer Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force and Computer Forensics from Butler County Community College.

Adam Lucker

Sales Manager

Adam Lucker is proud to hold the position of the Generator install divisions Sales Manager here at Eau Gallie Electric. Adam has been working in the electrical field since 1989 and has been a licensed electrician since 1991.

He currently holds a Masters's license, a degree in Industrial and Commercial Electricity, and he is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Brevard.  Adam is currently enrolled in the Lamps seminary program and hopes to be finished in the next few years.  Adam is a father of four and enjoys performing on stage in local theatre in his spare time. He is also very active in his synagogue where he serves with his wife Kaimi.  

Adam feels his greatest accomplishment in life is when he made the decision to turn his life over to Messiah.  Since he made that decision, he has been blessed with prosperity in both his personal and professional life. What Adam enjoys most about his job is the people he gets to meet.  His talent is being a problem solver and he enjoys using this talent to help people solve their electrical issues and complete projects at an affordable price.
