This project involved the replacement of two 600 kW emergency power generators and associated equipment at the Sykes Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure reliable emergency power and improve overall operational reliability. The scope of work included installation of parallel switchgear, transfer switches, and modifications to the existing main breaker, along with demolition of existing equipment.

The project also included implementation of temporary power systems to maintain continuous plant operations during construction, as well as interior painting and restoration. These upgrades help ensure uninterrupted operation of the wastewater treatment facility, supporting the community’s wastewater management needs.
